European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you usually have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However as our items are made to order (Print on Demand) the 14 day cooling offer period doesn't apply. 

  • goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit

Refunds
We will consider a refund if your item is returned to us (at your own cost) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Unfortunately as items are made to order, exchanges cannot be made. 
In regards to clothing, If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at barmycarmy@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
